If your dog may have eaten something poisonous, or is showing symptoms, contact your vet or an emergency veterinary service immediately.

We cannot help with an emergency. We are an information service and we do not monitor messages around the clock.

If you think one of our safety answers is wrong, incomplete or out of date, please tell us and include the item and where you saw it. We take corrections seriously and will review them against our sources.

Privacy requests

You can delete your saved checks, notes and uploads, and close your account, yourself from the My dog page. For access, correction, objection or any other request under the UK GDPR, email us and we will reply within one month. See the Privacy Policy.
